Jay Hasner

Jay has been active in the local and state construction industry. Jay is a Past President of the Gold Coast Builders Association, which awarded him the honor of “Palm Beach County Builder of the Year.” Jay is a Certified General and Residential Contractor and Licensed Real Estate Broker. He has served on the Palm Beach County Land Use Advisory Board and the Palm Beach Gardens Comprehensive Land Use Plan Board.

Richard Hasner

Richard brings his experience as both a Certified General Contractor as well as a Licensed Real Estate Broker to every project, which enables him to advise clients on the finer points of both the construction aspects of every job as well as the features which will add underlying value to the home or building. Richard has served in a number of leadership roles at both the local and national level in the construction industry. Richard previously has served as the President of the Gold Coast Builders Association, Chairman of the Palm Beach County Construction Industry Licensing Board and on the Board of directors for both the Florida and National Association of Home Builders.

Lloyd Hasner

Lloyd has more than 50 years’ experience in the construction industry as well as a history of giving back to both the industry and to his communities through participation in the local, state and National Builder’s Association. Lloyd has served as President of the Local Home Builders and Contractors Association, President of the Florida Home Builder’s Association and Area Vice President of the National Association of Home Builders. He also served as Chairman of the Palm Beach County, Planning and Zoning Commission. Additionally, he was appointed by the Governor to the Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council.
