	JOHN SUTEU, Senior Vice-President of Construction, has been in the construction industry and other related fields for the last 18 years. John graduated from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton with a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering and AS degree in Building Construction. He supervises all residential and commercial projects from customer relations to subcontractors and overseeing all superintendents.
	STEVE ZANK, Vice President of Construction, has been with the company 22 years. Steve graduated from FIU with a BS degree in Construction Engineering Technology and an AA degree in Construction Management. Steve is involved in all phases of construction from calculating estimates of the architectural plans and specs to coordination with the building department, overseeing all of the construction, to final Certificate of Occupancy. Steve is now in charge of our Ocala office.
	ROZ DESSER, Administrator, has been with the company 33 years and has seen Castle Florida grow from a small office of only 3 people to one of the top 20 construction firms in South Florida. She attributes her long employment to the officers of the corporation, Jay Hasner and Richard Hasner. They care for their employees as well as every customer they serve.
	GEORGE MYERS, Project Manager/Estimator, state licensed certified general contractor with over 20 years experience in commercial, residential and government projects. B.B.A. from Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton, Florida.
	ED ALEMEIDA, Superintendent of Construction, with 20 years experience in Residential, Restaurant and Multi-unit Commercial construction, has been with Castle 8 years.
	LISA SUTEU serves as Administrator / Construction Services. She provides assistance to all project managers and superintendents in addition to other field and office activities.
	CHARITY SNYDER is the newest addition to the Castle Florida family, having been appointed as comptroller. She oversees all accounting, finance, and risk management operations. She has over ten years experience in real estate finance and management.
