A Florida State General Contractor (CG# C019384) and a Licensed Real Estate Broker. Experience spans more than 27 years in Florida. A long standing leader in the construction industry, he has lent his experience to major commercial, industrial and residential projects throughout South and Central Florida. As a Past President and active board member of Gold Coast Builders Association, he is involved in diverse and numerous facets of his profession. His knowledge and advice are sought by a wide variety of firms and agencies. Past Chairman of the Palm Beach County Construction Industry Licensing Board currently serving on the board of directors for both Florida and National Association of Home Builders.

Jay Hasner

A 30 year veteran of the construction industry, Jay Hasner is Past President and board member of the Gold Coast Builders Association which named him "Palm Beach County Builder of the Year". Jay is a Certified Residential Contractor and Licensed Real Estate Broker, a graduate of the Real Estate Institute and a member of the Real Estate Institute of Residential Marketing. He has served on the Palm Beach County Land Use Advisory Board and Palm Beach Garden Comprehensive Land Use Plan and Appearance Board. Other notable affiliates include life director for Florida Home Builder Association and director of National Association of Home Builders.
